About us

Compassionate care, at home

The people and the promise behind our care.

We started CareGivers in a two-room office with three caregivers and a promise: treat every client like our own parent. Twenty-five years later that promise still runs the place. We are nurses, aides, and coordinators who believe home is the best place to heal. Our teams are trained, background-checked, and matched to each family by temperament as much as skill.

What guides us

Three things we won't compromise on

Dignity first

Every plan starts with what the person wants their day to look like — then we build the care around it.

Trained & vetted

Background checks, ongoing training, and real supervision. The people in your home have earned their place there.

We answer

A coordinator you can actually reach, seven days a week. No phone trees when it's urgent.

Our team

Nurses, aides, and coordinators who mean it

Our caregivers aren't gig workers passing through. Most have been with us for years, and many came up through our own training program. We hire for temperament first — skills we can teach.

Behind every caregiver is a coordinator who builds the schedule, checks in, and steps in when life happens. That's the part families feel most.

Health & safety

Infection control that's routine, not reactive

Everyday precautions

PPE, hand hygiene, and wellness checks are built into every visit — the same way they have been since 2020.

Trained for it

Caregivers are trained in current infection-control guidance and re-certified regularly. If someone's unwell, we adapt the plan, not cancel the care.
